This Apple Crumble is an original by none other than Gordon Ramsay. Of course it is world-class, but it is still a pleasantly simple apple crumble. He always likes to do things as efficient as possible so you’ll be finishing this delicacy in just about 30 minutes. Good luck!

 6 tbsp Caster sugar
 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
 1 Vanilla pod, seeds only
 6 Apples, cored but not peeled, 3 of them grated, 3 cut into chunks
 3 tbsp Dried cranberries
 1 Lemon, zested
 Juice of half a lemon
For the Crumble Topping
 100 g Plain flour
 2 tbsp Demerara sugar
 50 g Butter, chilled and cubed
 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
 4 tbsp Nutty granola or muesli
